Background
Marble Falls Fire Rescue is renovating the existing station and will need temporary living quarters for their personnel during renovations.
Scope of work
Deliver and set up a manufactured home to include underpinning and skirting, front porch, stairs and landings, and all other criteria that will be outlined in this request.

A 5x5 porch and stairs for the front door

Must fit in the area of 35’X80’ to include porch and stairs for the back door

Manufactured Home meets or exceeds all relevant codes for the construction and installation of manufactured homes.
Delivery
The delivery and set up of the manufactured home shall be included in the proposal’s price.
The projected delivery and set update would be between October 1, 2023, and October 14, 2023, unless another date in October was agreed upon by both parties.
Submission Requirements:
The proposal should include all points outlined in the request. The proposal should be presented in a simple manner, providing a straightforward description of the company’s ability to meet the requests of the proposal. The following points must be addressed:

Name, phone number, address, fax number, and email address of the Company

Name and number of preferred contact for further follow-up on the proposal

Description of the company’s previous experience as well as qualifications

Description of any past experiences with bankruptcy or receivership and explanations (if applicable)

Explain if the company has been disqualified or terminated from any public agency or town

Three copies of the bid proposal included with floor plans of the model(s). Submission of more than one model is acceptable that meets the specifications

Any potential conflicts of interest shall be stated
Firm Pricing:
Proposed fees must be firm for the City of Marble Falls to accept for 120 days. Pricing must be clear and concise while including information as requested or required.

Sealed bid proposals, plainly marked, “Proposal for purchasing a manufactured home for the City of Marble Falls Fire Rescue” on the outside of the mailing envelope as well as the sealed bid envelope, addressed to the City Secretary Christina McDonald, at 800 Third Street Marble Falls TX 78654, and will be accepted until July 14, 2023, at 5 pm. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 10:00 am on July 17
