A mandatory pre-bid conference for all bidders will be held at Davenport City Hall located at 1 South Allapaha Avenue, Davenport, FL 33837 on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 9:00 AM local time. The purpose of this meeting is to review the scope of work and completion schedule for this Project, to answer questions, and to ensure that there is a clear understanding of the work that must be performed and completion deadlines to successfully complete this entire project. Bidders are responsible for checking for CPH communications including any bid addenda. All bid questions must be received prior to Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 5:00 PM local time to the engineer of record, Allen C. Lane, Jr., P.E. (alane@cphcorp.com) to be answered.
All bids must be in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with " CITY OF DAVENPORT MAPLE STREET STORMPIPE REPLACEMENT.” Bids shall be submitted together with any and all supporting documentation enclosed. Bids will be received at Davenport City Hall located at 1 South Allapaha Avenue, Davenport, FL 33837 ATTENTION: Rachel Castillo until 10:00 AM local time on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. Submittals may be either mailed or hand delivered prior to the above deadline. Postmarks will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. It is the responsibility of the bidder to assure that bids are received at City Hall no later than the specified time and date. Submittals received after this date and time will not be accepted or considered.
