Bids will be opened at City Hall, 100 N Martin Luther King Jr Ave on Monday May 4, 2026 at 9:30am, and Bid Proposals will be due Monday May 4, 2026 at 9:00 am. Bid Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the Bidder and the words:

Bid Proposals shall be addressed to City Clerk, City of Waukegan, 100 N Martin Luther King Jr Ave, Waukegan Illinois 60085 and must be received before 9:00 am on May 4, 2026.

Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a completed, notarized application form and submitted on the enclosed proposal form.
