Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from non-profit organizations to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for an implementation partner to administer the application, approval and execution for home repairs and renovations services of the Manufactured (Mobile) Home Repair Program for eligible low and moderate-income households, so they can remain safe and livable homes, for the County of Fairfax, Virginia (County).
