MANHOLE REPLACEMENT

The City of Show Low (“City”) is conducting a competitive one-step process to retain up to THREE (3) Contractors for a Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide labor, furnish and install materials relating to the repair and replacement of manholes in the City and repair of existing waste water facilities at various locations. All work shall be performed in accordance with Plans, and or Specifications provided by the City of Show Low Public Works Department that follow Maricopa Association of Governments Uniform Specifications and Details (MAG), and the City’s supplement to (MAG).
Individual job orders will be written to the selected contractors for multiple manholes replacements. Each Job Order should not exceed $250,000.00. The estimated budget for the first year is $250,000.00. The term of this contract will be three (3) years with two (2) one-year renewal options. However, services will be requested on an as-needed, if-needed basis and the resultant contract is neither exclusive nor a commitment by the City that the Contractor's services will be required.
The City invites interested firms to submit written Statements of Qualifications relating to these services. A selection committee of seven members will be convened to evaluate firms’ qualifications and experience with similar projects. The firm determined to be best qualified will then be considered for award of a contract by the City Council.

Respondents are invited to review the information and to submit their Statements of Qualifications in accordance with the criteria established within this RFQ. Written questions regarding this RFQ must be received by the Public Works Department no later than Thursday January 18

2024, at 5:00 pm local time. A written addendum to this document may then be used to respond to questions.
All submittals must be received by the due date specified herein. Any response received after the due date and time specified will be returned unopened. The City of Show Low reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, or to withhold the award for any reason it may determine, and to waive or not to waive any informalities in any submittal. All information regarding the content of the specific submittals will remain confidential until a contract is finalized or all submittals are rejected.
