The City of Wheaton is seeking a contractor for inspection and cleaning services for the City’s Manchester Road potable water elevated storage tank, utilizing commercial divers trained in potable water operations. The purpose of this project is to clean accumulated bottom sediment, remove any debris, and perform a comprehensive visual and video inspection and evaluation of the interior and exterior condition of the tanks. All inspection and cleaning services are to be conducted with the tanks full and in service.
