Prequalification of Construction Contractors
Prequalification of construction contractors will be received at the office of the Department of
Public Works of the City of Manchester, New Hampshire before or via email to
cdobbins@manchesternh.gov before or at 12:00 P.M., prevailing time on the 9th day of
January, 2024, for the following described services.

This contract consists of construction of a new 0.3-mile long segment of multiuse trail South
Beech Street to Baker Street in Manchester, New Hampshire along the former Manchester-
Lawrence rail corridor. It also includes a 0.2 mile east-west connector from the northern rail
trail terminus to Elm Street. That connector is partially on road for bikes and on sidewalks for
pedestrians.
All Contractors interested in bidding are required to submit a sealed prequalification package
before the above noted deadline. Prequalification forms may be obtained at the Office of the
Department of Public Works for five ($5.00) dollars or from our website at:
http://www.manchesternh.gov/Departments/Purchasing/Forms-and-Documents.
