The City of Huntsville is soliciting sealed bids for Bid No. 25-31, Project No. 24-10-09 – Mance Park Middle School Waterline Rehabilitation and FY 2023/2024 Miscellaneous Waterlines (Old Colony Rd, Utility Rd, Jeffro St, and Rhodes Dr). The project includes waterline replacement, pavement removal and replacement, trench safety, SWPPP, traffic control, and related improvements. Estimated construction cost is $1,100,000. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the City of Huntsville Service Center, 448 State Hwy 75 North, Public Works Conference Room (2nd Floor), Huntsville, TX 77320. Bid opening is scheduled for September 2, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
