Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Manassas Readiness Center HVAC Upgrades, Agency Project Number 22-0008, State Project Code 123-18578-005 at 10628 Dumfries Rd, Manassas, VA.The project is generally described as HVAC renovation of Manassas Readiness Center. The scope of work for this project includes the removal and replacement of mechanical units in accordance with CPSM standards, along with associated ductwork and piping. The Building Automation System (BAS) will be upgraded to incorporate humidity and temperature controls. The building serves as a facility providing support for training, equipment maintenance and various operational activities.Sealed bids will be received at Manassas Readiness Center, 10628 Dumfries Rd, Manassas, VA.
