This is a Request For Information (RFI) and Sources Sought notice to assist Program Executive Office Enterprise (PEO Enterprise) Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) with identifying vendors interested in partnering with the Government to inform the requirements and support the continuous development, integration, and delivery of IPPS-A capabilities.
The acquisition strategy for this procurement opportunity is being considered for a full and open competition, as competitive delivery or task orders under other contract vehicles, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), or a combination approach.
The attachment, “IPPS-A MAHC III RFI 20241114” is the detailed RFI to be referenced.

Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A) Increment II is hosting a virtual Industry Day to discuss the Managing Army’s Human Capital – Innovation, Integration and Implementation (MAHC-III) procurement.
WHAT IS MAHC-III?
MAHC-III is a follow-on procurement to sustain and enhance a PeopleSoft platform.
MAHC-III SCOPE
MAHC-III support's IPPS-A's overall system integration, operations, help desk and development of HR capabilities.
WHAT IPPS-A NEEDS
IPPS-A Increment II is seeking companies that can sustain and enhance a PeopleSoft platform. Eligible offerors should know Agile and have a history of supporting development for PeopleSoft capabilities. IPPS-A also seeks innovative approaches to modernize MAHC-III, including modular contracting opportunities.
