Management for SLPS Parking Facilites and Lots

Project Description: The Board seeks to contract with a Management Services Provider to operate a Parking Facility located at 911 North 11th Street, in the City of St. Louis, which will be referred to as the Parking Facility. Additionally, there are Parking Lots at various school locations: Madison School, Sigel School, McKinley School, Humbolt School, Wilkinson @ Roe School, and Dewey School. The terms of this Agreement commence on July 1, 2025, and continue in effect until June 30, 2026. There are two optional twelve-month extensions available at the sole discretion of SLPS. The Parking Facility and Lots are to be operated as commercial parking garages and for special events. They shall not be used for any other purpose without prior written approval of the Board.
