The State of Connecticut (“State”) Department of Administrative Services ("DAS") is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to obtain proposals from one or more qualified individuals or firms to provide the Connecticut Department of Banking ("Client Agency") with consulting and training services related to supervision of Innovation Banks engaged in merchant acquirer banking activities (IBCMAB). ****All questions for the purpose of clarifying this Solicitation must be received no later than 02/18/2025 12:00 PM ET and must be directed to Eva Orlinski, via email Eva.Orlinski@ct.gov ****
