Management Consulting Services Retainer RFP (Various)

The City of Beaverton is requesting proposals from qualified firms for a wide range of management consulting services. The selected firms will be placed on retainer agreements for a 5-year period. The City forecasts an approximate total budget of 3.1 million dollars over the next five years for the service categories listed below. The services solicited include general management consulting services, facilitation services, strategic planning services, training services, and recruitment services. Proposers have the option to submit proposals for one, some, or all of these five specialized service categories based on the knowledge and experience of their businesses. Proposers must submit a separate proposal for each service category.

The per-service category breakdown of the anticipated budget for the City of Beaverton is as follows:

• General Management Consulting: $750,000
• Facilitation: $500,000
• Strategic Planning: $450,000
• Training: $900,000
• Recruitment: $500,000

The City intends to award up to five contracts per service category.

The City is located in the heart of the Tualatin Valley, midway between Mt. Hood and the Oregon coast, just seven miles west of Portland, Oregon. Beaverton is Oregon’s seventh-largest city and the second-largest incorporated city in Washington County. The City is located 20 miles from the Portland International Airport or eight miles from Hillsboro Airport, all of which are easily accessed via multiple modes of transportation. Beaverton is home to more than 98,000 people of all ages and backgrounds.
