ISSUED: November 13, 2025
RFP 26-009-56
Managed Services Support
(Memphis & Shelby County Division of Planning and Development)
TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
The following questions were submitted by a potential bidder. Our answers
are listed below in red:
1. In addition to the 2 USB flash drives of the Excel Requirements please confirm
that the County also requires 9 hardcopies of the Excel Requirements in hard-
copy format?
HARD COPIES - One (1) original (clearly identified as original) and eight (8)
copies of the proposal are required.
2. Requirements Spreadsheet #5: Integration monitoring with third-party systems
(GIS, payment adapters, document management, etc.). Q: Please elaborate on
what the County means by "Integration Monitoring."
Integration monitoring would include continuous checks of API connections and
data feeds, monitoring for failures, and cause analysis for failures and delays.
3. Requirements Spreadsheet #17 Reporting: Support business units in translating
data needs into actionable outputs. Q: Can the County please elaborate on this
requirement and provide an example?
Where there are requests for varying types of information, the selected vendor
will work with staff to clarify the specific data question, identify where that
information can be obtained within Accela or related systems, and convert the
request into clear, useful reports. For example, if information on user activity was
requested, the selected vendor would clarify the parameters of the request,
identify where the information resides, and develop a report to export that data.
4. Requirements Spreadsheet #18, 19 Integration Support. Q: Can the County
please clarify or elaborate on what is meant by maintaining existing integrations
and supporting and refining API's etc.?
The selected vendor will keep the connections between systems working
properly and performing reliably by anticipating maintenance needs,
troubleshooting issues, recommending methods to optimize performance, and
updating configurations to remain compatible with Accela or partner system
upgrades.
Sincerely,
