Managed Services for County Wide Full IT Services RFP

Uvalde County is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP’s) Responses for managing and servicing all facets of IT Technology required for the County Wide Operations. Vendors are invited to submit RFP responses describing in detail their ability to provide Managed Services for all Countywide IT Services and systems. They are required to provide as much detail as possible in their proposal regarding the scope of their services approach, capabilities and experience in providing “managed technology services provider performance” to meet all the prescribed requirements for the Uvalde County current and future IT Technology footprint. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept any proposal considered most beneficial regardless of the price of such proposals. All submitted proposals shall be evaluated by a Review and Selection Committee. This committee will evaluate all proposals to this request and will submit its recommendations to the Commissioners Court for their approval.

Proposal Responses are to be sealed and addressed to the Uvalde County Judge William R. Mitchell with “Managed Services for County Wide Full IT Services RFP” clearly marked on the outside of the envelope or box. All RFP’s may be mailed or hand delivered to #3 Courthouse Square, 100 N. Getty St. Uvalde, Texas 78801 by Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 10:00 am. Office hours are Monday-Friday (8:00 am-5:00 pm). The office is closed for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Proposal Responses received after the required time will be considered late and will be returned unopened. All proposals shall include a statement indicating that the submitter is authorized to offer this proposal by his or her company and may bind the company under contract if selected. Please note, site visit attendance is required.
