The City of Irving is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for a Managed Print Services Contract, in order to improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance document security, and increase overall productivity in the printing process. This contract will include replacing leased printers and/or disposing of city-owned printers, some of which are networked and some of which are stand-alone.

Any questions or requests for clarification must be submitted under the Questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.

Please call the individual listed on the solicitation if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic submission will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. In the case of an RFP or RFQ, any hard copy requirements in addition to the electronic response will be noted in the specifications. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
