Deschutes County is releasing this solicitation to identify a limited operator (“Operator”) to execute a services contracts (“Contract”) related to streamlined operations (“Operations”) of the East Redmond Managed Camp (“Managed Camp”). The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to identify and select one (1) or more Operators to provide daily support and service coordination for Participants living in a Managed Camp and execute a services contract. The Managed Camp consists of 36 Sites with graveled access roads, centralized common areas with access to power and water, basic sanitation, and a security fence.
County has budgeted a total of $500,000 for all costs associated with operating the Managed Camp for a 2-year period. The County will pay for limited security patrols, porta-potties, electricity, trash dumpsters, snow removal, and maintenance out of the total budget.
