Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: The MTA Long Island Rail Road Company (LIRR) hereby solicits an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to prospective Contractors to Manage, Operate and Maintain four-(4) Multi-Tier Public Parking Facilities; the Ronkonkoma Parking Garage (RPG), Mineola Intermodal Center Parking Garage (MICPG), the Wyandanch Parking Facility and Westbury Parking Garage and Surface Lot - As Needed for a four (4) year period with a two (2) year option period.
