MAMMOGRAM TECHNOLOGIST SERVICES - FMC CARSWELL

The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for Mammography (Radiologic) Technologist for Mobile Ultrasonography and Echocardiogram services at the Federal Medical Center (hereinafter referred to as FMC) Carswell located in Fort Worth, Texas. The contractor will provide services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The contract year shall consist of a 12-month base year with four 12-month option years or renewal.

Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested, nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Market Research Questionnaire will be available on or about November 14, 2024, and will be distributed solely through General Services Administration's Sam website. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site.

Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The response date for the market research questionnaire survey is Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 2 pm Central Standard Time (CST). All responses to the Market Research Questionnaire may be submitted via email to llwheeler@bop.gov. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests or written requests for the market research questionnaire will be accepted.
