Sealed Bids for the Malvern Wastewater Improvements, Contract 3A Chatman Creek And Burris Road Gravity Sewer (Large Diameter) and Force Main will be received by Malvern Water Works, 506 Overman Street, Malvern, Arkansas 72104 until 2:00 PM. local time on June 2, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project generally consists of constructing new 18”, 24” and 30” gravity sanitary sewer mains with associated manholes and 20” force main with associated apparatuses related work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit/ lump sum basis. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is:

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The Contract Documents may also be examined at the following:

Electronic copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained online from the Issuing Office at www.cristengineers.com upon payment of $25.00 for each set. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
