Project Description: The project involves, but is not limited to: road milling and delivery / placement of Superpave Warm Mix Asphalt Wearing Course, 9.5 mm mix, 2-inch compacted depth (full width – estimated at 3,626 square yards), including 4” depth base repair, leveling course, and traffic control.
Malvern Borough will pay for the asphalt materials directly from the asphalt plant of the Borough’s choosing through Pennsylvania’s COSTARS program.
