ADDENDUM NO. 1:

FOR: Malleable Heights / Trees Trimming

This addendum issued April 6, 2025, becomes, in its entirety, a part of the information on the
Tree Trimming at Malleable Heights IFB.

Description:

1, The 4 oak trees on this property will not be able to be trimmed until January-March
2027. The contractors will still bid the IFB as written by the oak trees.

2. The contractor will complete all the trees on the list except the 4 oak trees listed as
#1,7,8, and 32 in the IFB.

3. This contract will stay open until the contractor returns to complete the oak trees in
2027.

4, Mercer County Housing Authority will pay for all the completed work. Then once
the oak trees are completed pay the remaining to close out the contract.
