Project Description: Repair Tile Address: 6633 Mandarin Cv
Repair the sinkhole in Mallard's Lake subdivision, Cedar Creek TWP, SEC 30. Reset the 12" RCP storm pipe that has
separated near the pond at the rear of 6633 Mandarin CV. (see map) Pipe is approximately 2'-3' deep. Reinstall the 12"
RCP @ a 0.20% grade. Wrap joint with filter fabric, using INDOT #8's for pipe bedding and backfill to pipe spring line.
Place existing riprap around pipe outfall, not obstructing the flow of stormwater. All areas disturbed will need restored
following ACSO seeding specifications.
