Project Description: Charlotte Water (CLTWater) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering companies (Company or Proposer) to provide professional engineering servies for the Mallard Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) Reclaimed Water System Improvements Project. The selected firm will evaluate the existing system and provide design services to support infrastructure improvements aimed at meeting future demand.
