Formal bids for Mallard Creek Elementary School Renovations, 9801 Mallard Creek Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina will be received by the Owner at 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 until 9:00 AM, on March 5,2026 at which time they will be publicly opened. The General Contract scope of work entails – remove and replace existing fan coil units and related piping, valves, controls, etc. Licensed Contractors will be required to provide all permits, documents and fees required by CMS and the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for the completion of this project. Bids will be due by mail, or hand delivered only to 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 NLT 9:00 AM on March 5,2026. 5% Bid bond is required with all bid Submissions. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for successful bidder before contract execution.
