A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00am on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. All prospective bidders or their representatives (employees) are encouraged to attend, but attendance is not mandatory. Due to the impacts of COVID 19, the pre-bid meeting will be conducted virtually. Prospective bidders who plan to attend the pre-bid conference shall notify the Project Engineer by Monday, November 18, 2024 of their planned attendance and for instructions on attending the pre-bid conference. Questions applicable to the Project Specifications should be submitted to the Project Engineer no later than two days prior to the scheduled date of the pre-bid meeting.
