The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and disposal required for Major Maintenance & Repair (M&R) at USCG Sector Field Office, Southwest Harbor, ME including repairs to the Multi-Mission Building (MMB), Boat Maintenance Facility (BMF), and Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH).
This invitation for bid is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 and is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19.5. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45.0 million. The magnitude of construction range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bid, payment, and performance bonds will be required. The overall performance period for this project is 362 Calendar Days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The bid opening date is scheduled for 12/09/2025 at 2:00 pm.
