USD 266 is requesting a sealed bid of Chromebooks and management licences for the
2026-27 school year. All bids must be valid for 20 days after the bid opening.
Shipping and handling must be included as part of the submitted bid. Lift gate on
delivery truck is required. A bid specification sheet is attached for completion and return.
All submitted bids must be based on the attached bid specifications. All bids must meet
or exceed the specifications listed.
Please return your sealed bid by 1:00pm on Apr 28, 2026 for the public bid opening.
No electronic submissions will be accepted.

USD 266 will consider any manufacturer that meets or exceeds the Chromebook
specifications listed above. Preference that all 290 are the same model, but a mix of
brands or models will be considered.
Freight charge to and from the manufacturer for warranty must be included.
Warranty must be set to start on 8/10/2026 for devices received on this bid.
