Maintenance Work Order System
Guilford County Schools (GCS) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive, user-friendly Work Order
Management Software solution for the Maintenance Department. The software should be able to
streamline the submission, tracking, prioritization, and completion of maintenance requests across
all school sites and support facilities.
Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., (EDT), Tuesday, January 6, 2025, at 714 Green Valley
rd., Greensboro, NC 27408. Proposals should be made to the attention of Velicia Moore with the
RFP#6795 on the outside of the package.
Proposal documents may be obtained via the Guilford County Schools bid solicitation site at
http://purchasing.gcsnc.com/BidCurrent/PurchasingQuoteList.aspx ,Q#6795 or by e-mailing Velicia
Moore, Director - Purchasing at gaddyv@gcsnc.com.
