Maintenance services for municipal sewer lift stations

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Town of Tunica, Mississippi
The Town of Tunica, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors for
preventive maintenance services for municipal sewer lift stations.
The scope of work includes inspection and cleaning of approximately eighteen (18) sewer
lift stations, including pressure washing and vacuuming of wet wells, inspection of pumps,
floats, control panels, and associated components, and identification of deficiencies.
Disposal of removed debris shall be included. Any repairs or replacements shall be
proposed separately. Bidders may also submit pricing for ongoing preventive maintenance
plans, including recommended inspection frequency (not to exceed twice per year). Work
shall be performed during normal business hours. Sealed bids will be received until
Tuesday, June 23, at 10:00 am, at Tunica Town Hall at 909 River Road, Tunica, MS 38676, at
which time bids will be publicly opened.
Mailed bids may be mailed to PO Box 395, Tunica, MS 38676. Outside envelope must be
clearly marked SEALED BID with contractor's name and certificate of responsibility
number.
The Town of Tunica reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and
accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town, in accordance with
Mississippi Code Annotated 31-7-13.
