Summary

Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Invitation for Bid is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Maintenance Services for Industrial Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this Invitation for Bid.



Background

The City of Port St. Lucie operates water and wastewater treatment facilities that rely on industrial Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to support critical control and monitoring equipment. These systems are essential to maintaining continuous operations during power outages and electrical disturbances.

Routine preventative maintenance and timely repairs are necessary to ensure system reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain uninterrupted facility operations. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified contractor to provide ongoing UPS maintenance services for the City.
