DESCRIPTION:
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Uzbekistan will launch the solicitation on the https://uz.usembassy.gov/embassy/tashkent/procurement-and-contracting/ website when it is available.
All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on January 14, 2025.
The Contractor shall maintain the gas boilers in a safe, reliable and efficient operating condition.
The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, and as well as all necessary transportation, equipment, tools, repair parts, supplies and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required to maintain the elevators in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Under this contract the Contractor shall provide:
The services of trained and qualified technicians to inspect, adjust, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
The boilers shall be clean and in good operating condition upon completion of the service. The preventive maintenance service shall result in the parts of the system serviced being in a condition to operate efficiently and effectively.
Advance payments are not authorized.
Successful offerors shall be registered with the SAM (accessed through www.sam.gov) prior to contract award.
Again, this solicitation will be issued via this website - no paper copies will be mailed.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
