| The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain a qualified contractor to provide regularly scheduled preventative maintenance and repair services for transit buses on an as needed basis for the City of Suffolk Department of Public Works Transit Division, operating as Suffolk Transit. | |||

| The contract shall cover the period from May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024. This contract may be renewed based on the terms and conditions at the expiration of its term at the sole discretion of the City. Automatic renewals will occur for up to four (4) additional one-year periods through April 30, 2028. | |||
