The purpose of this Requirement is to inspect, conduct preventive maintenance, and repair services for Fire and Smoke detection systems IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) draft as well as Attachments 1-3. These systems are located within housing, troop, and administrative buildings and are connected to the Baumholder Military Community Fire Department monitoring station. This posting is for market research purposes only.
This requirement is intended for local sources IAW FAR 5.202.
Please Answer the following Questions:
Question 1: We anticipate awarding to the lowest quote considering other factors (i.e.Past Performance) based on PWS
paragraph 1.10.1, other Fire Alarm and other monitoring systems documents may apply in order to perform work on the respective system(s). Is your Company aware of the necessary Higher Level Certification(s) and are they able to maintain them in order to comply with the PWS?
Question 2: Given the following price ranges based on the PWS which is the most realistic?
• EUR 700,000.00 - 800,000.00
• EUR 800,000.00 - 900,000.00
• EUR 900,000.00 - 1,000,000.00
Question 3: Based on the current CLIN structure, are there any changes that would better suit
the requirement as specified in the PWS?
