2025 Maintenance Project

Project Description: The Township of Spring Board of Supervisors will accept Proposals for the Township of Spring’s 2025 Maintenance Project until 10:00 am, prevailing time, April 11, 2025. Bids will be submitted, and all project information will be available at no cost via PennBid, https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/.
The Work will include 59,180 square yards of asphalt seal coat (single oil and chip) on Vinemont Road and Morgan Drive combined, and 26,695 square yards of asphalt surface treatment (double oil and chip) on Goose Lane and Adamstown Road combined. Line painting for all roads except Morgan Drive is also included. Bidders are advised that Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates are not required by this Contract. All Work must be completed between June 4, 2025 and August 18, 2025, except Morgan Drive must be completed by June 30, 2025.
Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security equaling ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. Proposals shall be effective for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of opening. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof. Certain portions of the project may be modified or eliminated due to budget limitations if necessary.
