Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for maintenance and mowing services for the Greenway Trail Corridor will be received by the City of Bella Vista until 4:00 PM, local time, March 16, 2026. Sealed bids will be received in-person or by mail, at the following location. No electronic or emailed bids will be considered.

The scope of work includes mowing and maintenance along the Blowing Springs and Razorback Greenway trail corridors in Bella Vista, Arkansas, for a period of 32 weeks or less, as determined by the Planning & Development Director, from the date of award.
