Description

The CONTRACTOR selected to perform the work under these Contract Documents shall demonstrate that it has experience in providing a large number of qualified craft and employees to support the outage and non-outage maintenance and modification support services during an outage of short duration. The qualified craft and employees will enable the DISTRICT to complete the work required during the short outage period, with a minimum of safety, human performance, equipment reliability, or radiation exposure issues that could adversely impact the DISTRICT.

A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at 10:00 a.m., CDT, October 1, 2025. The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting.
