The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to, BD Biosciences, Milpitas CA 95035. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses.

Maintenance Service Contract for, BD Symphony A1. This will be for a base award and 4 option years

Coverage includes the BD Symphony A1

including lasers and one Computer

Workstation (excluding printers) for labor

travel expenses and parts (excluding

consumables), for the following:

- 2 Preventive Maintenance Inspections to

be performed during a twelve-month period

- 2 Preventive Maintenance Kits

- Software Revisions released during the

Agreement term.

- Unlimited service visits, Monday-Friday,

excluding BD Biosciences holidays.

- 48-hour guaranteed response to a request

for emergency on-site service (Monday

through Friday, excluding BD Biosciences

holidays). If we fail to meet our

commitment, a $500 Response Time Credit

will be issued.

- Unlimited telephone support for

instruments, reagents and applications

will be provided at no additional charge.
