Maint. Water Quality Measuring Devices

The purpose of this Requirement is to maintain the water quality parameters given by German and US drinking water standards, the measurement devices must be precisely calibrated and operational IAW with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This posting is for the purposes of Market research only.

This requirement is intended for local sources IAW FAR 5.202.

Please Answer the following Questions:

Question 1: We anticipate an Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) based on PWS paragraph 1.10 (d), other Water Management Act documents may apply in order to perform work on Water flowmeters. Is your Company aware of the necessary Certifications and are they able to maintain them in order to comply with the PWS?

Question 2: Given the following price ranges based on the PWS which is the most realistic?

• EUR 60,000.00 - 70,000.00


• EUR 70,000.00 - 80,000.00


• EUR 80,000.00 - 90,000.00

Question 3: Based on the current CLIN structure, are there any changes that would better suit the requirement as specified in the PWS?

• 0001 MID’s (Magnet inductive flowmeters) Job, FFP, FOB Destination


• 0002 Devices (burst & leak pipe detect & lab) Job, FFP, FOB Destination


• 0003 Depolox, Job, FFP, FOB Destination


• 0004 Unforeseen Repair Work (IAW PWS Para.5.2.1), Job, T&M, FOB Destination
