The City of Clermont is seeking qualified vendors to provide the replacement of the mainstage lighting system at the Clermont Performing Arts Center. This project aims to enhance the performance capabilities of the venue, providing modern, energy-efficient lighting solutions that meet both technical and aesthetic standards. The selected vendor will be responsible for the removal of the existing lighting fixtures, installation of new equipment, and ensuring that all systems function correctly, provide training for City staff, and deliver all necessary documentation. Respondents must inspect the site and make recommendations based on their inspection. The pre-proposal meeting is mandatory.
