| Project Title: | 127 Main Street Project - Elevator Repairs |
| Description: | Bids for the Elevator Repairs Project at city owned property located at 127 Main Street will be received by the City of Laurinburg at the office of the Administrative Services Director, City Hall, 303 W. Church Street, Room 244, Laurinburg, NC, until 5:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. After this deadline, bids will be evaluated with the intent to award a contract to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance, and time specified in proposals for the performance of the contract. This project will be funded with grant funds received from the N.C. Department of Commerce’s Rural Transformation Grant Fund and Rural Grant Programs Fund. The project consists of providing the necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform the needed repairs to the elevator in the building at 127 Main Street, in accordance with the scope of work in the bid documents. The bid documents can be downloaded from the City of Laurinburg’s website at the following link: https://www.laurinburg.org/business/#purchasing-rfps. Bidders must complete the vendor registration process to login and obtain copies of the bid documents. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids can be submitted via email to hhaywood@laurinburg.org or online through the City’s bid submittal portal where the bid documents are obtained. The City of Laurinburg is an Equal Opportunity Employer and invites submission of proposals from minority and women-owned businesses. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and to waive irregularities and informalities in any bids submitted. |
