The MAIE requirement includes supporting the ADNS and CANES navel network environment communications equipment and supporting infrastructure. Two (2) PowerEdge R650 Servers or similar severs are needed to support the transport and compute requirements on the communications system. One (1) Dell Mobile Precision Workstation 7680 CTOG or similar machine is needed to load the GCS-FP software to test with AFATDS as stated by the program manager.
Furthermore, the Naval Integration Team requires two (2) ruggedized, robust, high-capacity admin laptop machines to interface with the functional equivalent shipboard C4 systems environment being built out in the lab. These machines need to be Windows 10 compliant, and have sufficient computer power, memory, storage, and resources. They will be used to support interoperability with numerous complex Navy and Marine Corps systems, host virtual machine (VM) servers, implement client VMs, support AI/Machine learning in potential future experimentation efforts, and support general programming during engineering and developmental testing of MAGTF tactical systems.
Additionally, they may be required to support and provide advanced cybersecurity adversarial testing capability. Therefore, these are non-MCHS procurements due to MCHS options not meeting required speed, storage, cores, and GPU memory size requirements necessary to perform all planned functions.
