Solicitation Summary

The AOC is seeking proposals from prospective Offerors to provide lodging and meeting space that can accommodate approximately eighty-five (85) guests for the Magistrates’ Conference in 2027 through 2031. The facility will need to have adequate plenary and break-out meeting spaces, overnight accommodation, AV services, parking, and adequate private space for large group meals.
