Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 611 Wilson Ave. #1,
Pocatello, Idaho until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 for DPW Project 24233 RE-BID
Maclntosh Manor Fire Lane Retaining Walls Repairs, Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: removal of the deteriorated asphalt paths
throughout the site and replace with new concrete sidewalks. Removal of a portion of the existing poorly
drained fire lane and replace with new paving, curb and gutter, and drain system. Regrade and install terraced
retaining walls between buildings D and E. New storm drains, and replacement of existing concrete stairs and
railings. Regrade and install a terraced retaining wall system behind the Laundry/Maintenance building.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing local time,
at the Idaho State University, Maclntoch Manor, 1251 Bartz Way, Pocatello, Idaho 83209. Bidders are
encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $50.00 or Bidding Documents
may be purchased for $22.00 and downloaded at the following designated website, QuestCDN:

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works
