Project Description: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all prospective bidders that the Borough of West Conshohocken will receive sealed bids for the following contract: Contract #25-04, Mackenzie Park Site Improvements Phase 2D LSA Grant. Sealed bids shall be submitted and updated online until 11:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 5th day of August 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. All documents and solicitation details are available any time at PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by clicking on the “Solicitations” then “View” tabs. Hard copies of all documents may be optionally purchased through PennBid. The estimated cost is $100.00.Project drawings and documents are available for inspection at the offices of Borough of West Conshohocken, located at 112 Ford Street, West Conshohocken, PA 19428.
CONTRACT #25-04 MACKENZIE PARK SITE IMPROVEMENTS
PHASE 2D LSA GRANT
WEST CONSHOHOCKEN BOROUGH, MONTGOMERY COUNTY
This project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools and equipment for site work, outdoor basketball courts and construction of pre-fabricated pavilion
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw a bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Borough of West Conshohocken in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed, to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
Bid surety checks and bid bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the awarding and signing of the Contract. The successful bidder(s) will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Bonds in one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract; a Maintenance Bond in the amount of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total contract price, as well as a Certificate of Insurance.
PA Prevailing Wages are required.
The Borough reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids, or take such action as it may deem in the best interest of the Borough and as may be permitted by law.
