Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) needs to procure all labor to perform machine work and tooling activities at Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) for the Fall 2026 Refueling outage (RE34). The CONTRACTOR shall provide two (2) certified machinists and all specialty tools for the in-body work on the main steam isolation valve (MSIV), and other work as assigned, during RE34.

A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at 10:00 a.m., CST, January 29, 2026.
