Mach Shaft and Gear Set and Impeller Bolt

Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) Code 410A Procurement intends to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price, sole source purchase order to Circor Naval Solutions, LLC, to provide a replacement Mach Long Shaft and Gear Set and Impeller Bolt, aboard a LPD class ship. The requirement will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333914, and the business size standard is 750 (employee size).

Warren Pump IMO, which was purchased by Circor Naval Solutions, LLC, is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the Main Propulsion Diesel Engine Attached Jacket Water Cooling Pump and the required parts therein. Specifically, Circor Naval Solutions, LLC, is the only authorized source that can supply the required replacement parts (Mach Long Shaft and Gear Set – Part Number 6656F0541R and Impeller Bolt – Part Number 0076C0083J047A) for this procurement.

This notice is neither a request nor a solicitation of offers; however, all information received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be reviewed by the Government for future considerations. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating a vendor’s bona fide capability to provide this product or equivalency.
