This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by MacEwan University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Full Disciplinary Record Drawing / As-built Updates as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

Seven of these buildings are interconnected through a pedway system on the second floor.
The successful consultant (“Consultant”) will be responsible for reviewing consultant drawings and updating MacEwan University’s existing as-built drawings to incorporate necessary revisions. This includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and structural drawings. The updates will capture changes resulting from a range of projects, including small-scale renovations and major capital developments that take place annually. The Consultant will work closely with the university’s Facilities Planner to ensure that updates are accurate and completed within the required timeframe.
