Scope:This project originally started as a study to gather an estimate to renovate graduate student space to conference room, which includes the addition of a single-user restroom, kitchenette expansion, AV and furniture installation. It has evolved in to a two phase project. The first phase involves adding cable electrical raceways for AV equipment to be owner provided, new AV system and furniture for CLAS conference room use.
