Solicitation Summary
This project consists of the furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, incidentals, and services necessary for and incidental to replace the chilled water pump motor in the Maryland Archaeological Conservation Laboratory (MAC Lab) at Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM).
Contractors may utilize their standard bid form, but please include this filled in and signed IFB. In addition, the contractor will submit:
JPPM will regard any bids from contractors without the required paperwork, received after the due date, or received without the completed IFB as non-responsive. Contractors may mail, fax, or e-mail their bid. Bids must be received by the bid due date and time.

Additional Instructions
Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM) is seeking a firm to replace the motor on chilled water pump motor in the Maryland Archaeological Conservation Laboratory (MAC Lab), as outlined in the attached Project Specifications entitled "MAC Chilled Water Pump Motor Replacement" and Invitation for Bid form. Also included are the:
SPECIAL NOTE : The building is under construction. All personnel must wear appropriate safety equipment. Please bring and wear appropriate safety equipment that includes appropriate work clothing, safety toed shoes or boots (ASTM FY413-05), safety glasses, high visibility vests or clothing, and hard hats.
Offers must submit a proposal to the e-mail address listed below and be received no later than 3:00 pm on November 1, 2024 . Any proposal received after this time and date will not be accepted.
